My wearable craft begins with discarded vintage chenille bedspreads.  Denim and Cotton clothing are graced with up-cycled chenille pieces cut from 1950s fiber heirlooms.   By recycling old bedspreads, both the environment and recipients of my craft benefit.  All items are either one of a kind or very limited as no two vintage bedspreads are alike.  With the arrival of each new bedspread, new inspiration is realized and executed in these fiber arts.  The name of my company is Baby Ewe which represents the soft texture of chenille as well as the names of my four children....Emma, Will, Ellie, and BABY Tess.
